As a service, the site varionetglasses.com suggests the use of different products depending on user needs, including for example: reading, computer work, (computer) games, crafts, vocational jobs…). Suggestions are provided for only for guidance purposes.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions


The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of ordering, the specific conditions of sale stated on the web site and expressly accepts them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Best Vision International and its client, the two parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, unless express prior written consent from BVI.

2. Products

The photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contractual relationship. In the event errors occur on the photographs illustrating the products on the web site, they shall in no case be the responsibility of Best Vision International.

The large majority of products offered by Best Vision International to its customers are available in stock.

3. Order

The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Best Vision International confirms the acceptance of the purchase order to the email address it will release. The sale will be concluded only after confirmation of the order. Best Vision International reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer, are binding: If an error is made by the buyer upon writing the order recipient address, leading to the impossibility of the seller to deliver the order, the seller cannot be held responsible..

4. Delivery

After order confirmation, Best Vision International is committed to deliver to the buyer, all items ordered and at the earliest possible time. Any delay in delivery due to force majeure or any delay in the manufacturing program does not engage the responsibility of BVI. The transport company undertakes by contract with Best Vision International to deliver the order to the address of the purchaser provided by Best Vision International. Moreover, for worldwide deliveries, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of goods, customs duty, V.A.T. and other fees payable under the laws of countries receiving the order. All orders placed with Best Vision International are intended for personal use only. Clients or the recipients of products are strictly forbidden to re-sell the products. Best Vision International is released from any legal liability if the payment of taxes was not made by the client. No damages can be claimed against BVI in the event of delivery delays. Deliveries outside the EEC are made by international postal services. In case of apparent product defects, the buyer has the right to return the defective product by following the procedures explained thereafter. Acts of God release the seller from its obligation to deliver. Are considered acts of God: war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. Goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. Always check your package upon arrival. You have a period of 48 hours to file  a claim with the carrier in case of missing item or damaged item. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the client wishes to places of delivery, it pass 2 orders, each with a cost of delivery.

5. Product return

You have 30 days (from receipt of items) to decide on keeping the product or return it to Best Vision International. In case of exchange or refund, you need to return the item (s) in its (their) original packaging, intact, along with all accessories, user manual and documentation at the following address:

If the customer exercises his/her right of withdrawal, Best Vision International is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer except for the product return shipping costs. Repayment is due within a maximum period of 15 days following the receipt of the returned goods by BVI.

6. Price

All prices are quoted in dollars. The price mentioned on the product description includes shipping costs. The price listed in the order confirmation is the final price. This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, freight and commissioning.

7. Payment

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Best Vision International. The product price is payable the day the order is effective. Payment is by credit card bearing the initials CB, credit card, with VISA and MasterCard. PayPal: our transaction solution provider, allows you to pay via a bank server in a secured environment.  Your credit card details are directed to the PAYPAL server, and your payment is made directly to Paypal in a secure environment without using the online store server. The order validated by the customer will be considered effective until the payment center has given its agreement. In case of refusal of payment, the order will be canceled and the customer will be notified by email. Best Vision International reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

8. Dispute

This contract is subject to French law. Best Vision International cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible property, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of products sold. It is the same for any changes to the products made by manufacturers. The responsibility for Best Vision International will, in any event, be limited to the value of the order and Best Vision International cannot be held liable for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in presenting the products. In case of difficulties in implementing this contract, the buyer has the option, prior to any legal action, to seek an amicable solution with the aid of a professional industry association, a consumer association or any other counsel of his/her choice.

It is recalled that in general and subject to the discretion of the courts, the provisions of this contract require the buyer to honor its financial commitments to the seller beforehand.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith is always presumed in the person who takes the trouble to explain his/her situation. In case of dispute, the customer should give priority to the company for an amicable solution. Otherwise, the Tribunal de Commerce of Toulon, France has exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of delivery location and method of payment accepted.

9. Legal Information

Intelligence information collected for purposes of distance selling is required, this information is essential for processing and delivering orders, preparing invoices and warranty contracts.Lack of information leads to the non-validation of the order. In accordance with  data protection laws, the customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him or her. In addition, Best Vision International commits not to provide, neither for free nor in exchange of compensation, information on its customers to any third party.
